I would like to respond to the article - the Child in you.I believe the Child in all of us is a powerful. The active Child in each of us may vary - happy, sad, angry, frightened, shameful, guilty, anxious,....... If taken care of by us it can be used creatively to reclaim the joyful living we were all born to. We all have sets of thoughts, feelings & behaviour which falls into three groups. One, introjected from parent figures. Another, what we experienced as children & replay now. Examples would be fear of the tiny cockroach or the joy of eating an ice-stick. The third would be a well processed response the present stimulii without the influence of past history. The fist is what makes us a ''chip of the old block'' . It is surprising how often the very things that we disliked as children we pass on to our children - ofcourse, we have our ''justification''. So whether our childhood was pleasant or unpleasant we have written "our life story" and are now directing & living it. The beauty is that with increased awareness we can redecide and modify our story to be enjoyable & meaningful! LET US ENJOY THE CHILD IN US!
