One Two Ka Four

The long awaited 'One Two Ka Four' may be the duo's final movie together, and hence it is an important release. Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla have shared mixed fortunes when paired together in the past, and this could be the last chance to win the audiences heart as a leading team.

The story goes like this - Shah Rukh and Jackie Shroff work together in the police force and specialise in combating the huge problem of drug trafficking. It is not an easy job, but the two are always on top of the game, and even manage to capture a ruthless drug lord whom the police had wanted for ages. They feel thrilled but the happiness does not last too long.

And as usual, the villain is set free with the help of his powerful contacts. Things get from bad to worse when Jackie Shroff is murdered and a devastated Shah Rukh is left to look after his four orphaned kids. The only problem is that the kids don't like Shah Rukh. So Juhi Chawla comes into the picture, wins the kids' hearts and manages to capture the heart of the man too.

It looked like a happy ending until Shah Rukh spots the drug lord, who killed Jackie, in a nightclub with Juhi. Shah Rukh starts doubting Juhi and her presence in the club. He learns that she is a CBI officer who is trying to find the murderer of Jackie Shroff. A deed committed by a dishonest officer who is related to the villain.

Shah Rukh Khan's excellent acting has brought some life into the movie. His chemistry with Juhi Chawla is also a plus point, and the two seem to be at ease with each other. Jackie Shroff is very effective in his short role, and the music is very melodious - thanks to the great A.R. Rahman.

The film gets off to a slow start, although things eventually start picking up.
