‘Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega’ is fun and adventure. The film begins with Paresh Rawal's narration. A young MBA, Prakash (Saif Ali Khan) gets married to a rich girl Sapna (Sonali Bendre). He moves away from the dirty local train environment to an imported car, but his father-in-law (Dilip Tahil) is a strict stingy man.
Rahul (Fardeen Khan) and Harilal (Aftab Shivdasani) are jobless youths living in a rented flat for which rent has not been paid for long. Rahul is in love with the landlord, Dakshinamurthy's daughter (Twinkle Khanna) and vice versa. However her father wants Rahul to get a job. Harilal is a close buddy of a local don Aslambhai (Johnny Lever). Harilal cons Aslambhai to give him money often and a smart filmwallah cons Aslambhai into becoming a hero and loots all his money.

Meanwhile the father-in-law of Saif Ali Khan insults him, so he wants to set up a business of his own for which he needs money. Fardeen and Aftab try to loot him in an attempt to raise money for Rahul to marry Twinkle. They realise that this guy is a loser and they come up with a plan to get money from the father by kidnapping Sapna. But then the father is smart and later agrees to give the money to the 'kidnappers'.
The film has flashes of comic brilliance and director E Niwas has done a good job. Fardeen Khan needs to improve, while Twinkle Khanna & Sonali Bendre are okay. Saif Ali Khan does his role well but Aftab Shivdasani is brilliant. But the man who steals the show is none other than Johnny Lever. His comedy scenes deserve to be part of the main storyline, rather than running as a parallel track. The songs have been picturised well, especially the title number. “Rama Rama” is very catchy and pleasing to the ears.
