The live DVDs, VCDs, and audio CDs were released by Srivatsa, and Ragini Gupta received them.

Meenakshi Balu, managing director, Giri Trading Agency Pvt Ltd, was present on the occasion.

Srivatsa commended the artiste on her deep analytical approach to the ragas and her ability to keep the rasikas glued to their seats for over two hours with her mesmerising voice and presentation.

Ragini Gupta said Charulatha was doing great service to music by tracing the journey of ragas from the classical world to the film world, thus making the younger generation aware of their roots and tradition.

Volume #5 contains ragas Nalinakanthi, Suddha Dhanyasi and Simhendramadhyamam

Volume #6 contains ragas Sri Ranjani, Hamir Kalyani and Charukesi

Volume #7 contains ragas Amritavarshini and Sindhubhairavi.

The function was followed by Charulatha Mani’s Isai Payanam concert where she dealt with ragas Subhapantuvarali, Madhyamavati, Brindavanasaranga and Brindavani.
