 Super Singer contest in Coimbatore
 Vijay TV provides an opportunity for talented Coimbatoreans to walk into the video booths at Coimbatore and register their voice. The video booths at CBE will be located from March 28-31 at the following places:
1. Lakshmi Complex Cross Cut Road
2. Annapurna RS Puram
3. Annapurna People's Park
4. Nilgiris
Or you could spot the Vijay TV Super Singer van which would be stationed at Coimbatore from March 25-31 and register your voice for the audition.
In case a person is not short-listed, he or she can still take a chance on the day of the Coimbatore zonal audition that is scheduled for April 1 at Sri Ramakrishna Kalyana Mandapam, No. 395, Sarojini Naidu Road, Sithapudhur, Coimbatore - 641044.
Airtel subscribers can call 646735 and register for the Coimbatore audition. (Auditions restricted to the first 600 registrations only on a first-come-first-served basis). One can give any number of auditions and if not selected in the Coimbatore zone he or she can audition in Madurai or Chennai.
The crowned Super Singer will get a bonanza of singing a song for music director Harris Jayaraj. A high-power jury, comprising big names from the industry, will be the judges of the show.
For Coimbatore, the judges would be renowned playback singers Malaysia Vasudevan and Mahati, while Chinmayi would anchor the show.
