Dakshinachitra presents Parjanya - The Rain
Cloud, a three-day musical exploration of rain-producing ragas
at the Mini Hall, Music Academy, Chennai, from July 1 to 3,
2007.
On July 1, Deborah Thiagarajan,
founder-director of Dakshinachitra, will present Opening Notes.
This will be followed by a lec-dem - Charumathi Ramachandran and
Subhashree Ramachandran.
On July 2, Neyveli Santhanagopalan will
provide a lec-dem, while on July 3, Lalgudi G J R Krishnan and
Lalgudi Vijayalakshmi will render a lec-dem concert.
