'Emtan Magan' CD released
The audio CD of 'Emtan Magan', a production of Sathyajyothi Films and Sathya Movies, was released recently at a function in Chennai by actor Vikram. The first CD was received by actress Trisha, producer T G Tyagarajan, music director Vidyasagar, among others.
Actor Vikram said he had great respect for Tyagarajan who had an uncanny knack of identifying new talent and giving them a break. He cited the instances of director Maniratnam who made his debut in 'Pagal Nilavu' as also Vidyasagar.
Actor Bharath said he was privileged to be associated with the movie of Sathyajyothi Films in its silver jubilee year.
Vidyasagar said he was ever grateful to Sathyjyothi Films' managing director Tyagarajan for giving him the opportunity to work in a Tamil film.
Director M Thirumurugan, who was earlier associated with television serials (he directed
'Chithi', said he was sure the film would be a big hit as Tyagarajan, known for his well-planned productions and emphasis on providing something new in every film, had predicted that the story was a good one and it would be well received by the people.
Tyagarajan said he was impressed with the story which revolved around a family with which every person in the audience could relate to.
Trisha said Vidyasagar was one of her favourite music directors, and that the songs of this film too would do well.
