Radel, the pioneer of
Electronic and Digital Indian Classical Musical Instruments has completed
25 years of inventions in the music field. As part of the silver jubilee
celebration event on June 20th in Chennai, Radel felicitated senior
musicians and musicologists. Radel's indigenously developed new model of
Talometer was unveiled by the Advisor to the Andhra Pradesh Government, M
Balamuralikrishna.
A classical music concert
was also part of the celebrations.
Raj Narayan, Managing
Director - Radel Electronics said, "The Silver Jubilee celebration is
a testimony of our commitment to creating quality musical instruments for
Indian music. We have enabled musicians and students of Indian music
worldwide to benefit from cutting edge technology such as embedded
software used in these products. By ensuring the highest quality while
massproducing these instruments, Radel has obtained the international
recognition of quality, the ISO 9001 :2000 certification. By preserving
the traditional sound of each of these instruments while overcoming the
shortfalls in the traditional versions, we have converted even the
die-hard traditionalist into a user of our product. These 25 years have
been a journey that few would have ventured to undertake. Starting as a
one-man show out of a garage, today, Radel has grown into a professionally
managed organization providing employment to more than 80 persons."
Radhika
Raj Narayan, Director - Marketing - Radel Electronics added, "This
momentous occasion has been backed by tremendous effort and patience, as
the concept of an electronic or digital instrument substituting the
conventional musical instrument was not easily accepted. Our technical
excellence, strength in design and in-house R & D, understanding of a
musician's needs while creating a product has been well appreciated.
Today, Radel can proudly claim appreciation of its products from some of
the greatest names in the field such as Pt. Ravi Shankar, Balamuralikrishna, and others."
