A well-designed brochure is a valuable tool for marketing your products to potential customers. It conveys your products and services, the benefits of those products and services, and provides an overall feel of your company. This simple sheet of paper will help people remember you and remind them why they should choose your products for their needs.

Having a brochure designed for your company should be a calculated process. The purpose of your brochure may vary from business to business. Some are designed to display services, whereas others are focused on selling an idea. No matter what the focus of the brochure is, it needs to be readable and functional.

1.Leave-Behinds - This brochure is left behind after meeting a potential customer.
2.Point-of-Sale - This brochure is given at the shop or office.

How to make your brochure work for you?

1.Content
The content of the brochure should be attractive and useful to the reader. It should be simple and exciting. The content should invite customers to do business. Try to be direct and plainspoken in your choice of words.

2.Design
Paper colour and texture play an important role in designing. The right fonts play an important role in reinforcing or countering the brochure’s message. Using simple designs and well-chosen fonts make the brochure appealing. Include your logo and business name to give confidence to the customer.

3.Budget
Before you decide on the printing evaluate as to how long the information in the brochure will be relevant. You can also decide on your target customers. If you have a small business you might choose to have a medium cost brochure and mail it to everyone.

4.Printing
Give your printer a rough design and all your text material. You should oversee the process and get rough drafts as the designing progresses. Make two or more people check the final draft before it goes for printing.
