Youth time
Celebrating the cause of the youth
Yeah, we love to rock n roll...So what?
Yeah...We bitch about creepy boyfriends and girlfriends, we fall in love atleast twice a day, we hear all kinds of crazy music, we come home late atleast 7 days in a week, we ride our
bikes rash and fast...So what?
We know all the latest rumours...Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias, Salman Khan and Ash,
Surya and Jo...We know what Shane Warne typed as an SMS to a sensuous-looking nurse...We know why
Ajith wed Shalini and we also know why they don't have children...Hell, yes, we know it all.
There are the older gen people who think that we are a reckless clan. That life for us means no responsibilities and only fun. That we are too too westernised. That we are just a group of aimless people who care not a damn about the future.
They're wrong. Totally and fully. We're a responsible group. We know our limitations. We have our own reasons for coming late, and proper ones at that. And, more importantly, we're a lot cleverer and creative than them.
-
Yes we know Enrique very well....But so do we know Einstein's theories.
-
Yes we love Mallika Sherawat...But so do we know Maslow's theory of motivation.
-
Yes we admire Kamal's acting skills...But so do we admire Keats poetry as well.
That's us for you. We know everything and some more too. The ins and out of cinema are as familiar to us as are the ins and outs of mathematics and sciences and commerce.
And we are an arrogant lot. We don't stick to conventional methods and tactics. We tend to get creative and crazy, reckless and daredevil, too often for the older gen's liking. Yes, we admit we are arrogant and naughty. We cannot be cowed down or convinced as easily as the older gen. We stick to our instincts, no matter the situation. Our motto is very simple- Break the rules!
Everybody has to realise one thing-people say
India is Shining (though it is now out of use because of you-know-why)....It wouldn't have shone if old methods are followed. It wouldn't have if a risk-free attitude is adopted. We changed all that. If anybody says India is shining today, it's majorly because of us. We are the World. We are Team India. We are shining.
