The straw in the soft drink

That Rajini’s ‘Muthu’ was a runaway success in Japan is a very old news. ‘Muthu’ has fetched quite a large fan following for its heroine, Meena. A Japanese soft drink company therefore planned to sip the market through the straw - that is, the popularity of Meena in Japan. But Meena unfortunately declined the offer. Then Sangavi was signed in place of Meena and the Japanese were told that Sangavi was a more popular artiste than Meena. That makes her a better straw? (This is no ‘people of straw’ business, anyway! )
