The objective behind the contest is to ensure that job-seekers create compelling resumes that will help employers hire the right kind of talent and, at the same time, provide job-seekers with better
opportunites.

The 30-day-long 'Great Resume' contest would be on till July 30 and all the resumes created during the contest period would be considered for the prizes. The winners would be selected by a committee comprising Monsterindia's certified resume writing experts, an HR panel and the Monster editorial team. The winners will be announced in the third week of August.
