NTrust Infotech's 2nd knowledge centre
NTrust Infotech Pvt Ltd, a niche player providing comprehensive IT solutions and KPO services to the real estate leasing industry, has inaugurated its Second Knowledge Centre in Chennai. The company intends to double its headcount to 400 by the end of the current fiscal.
Headquartered in Chennai with an onsite office in Cerritos, CA, USA, NTrust Infotech closed the last fiscal at $ 12 m. Interesting to note, NTrust was founded only in 2003. The company has aggressive plans and intends to double its revenues by 2008, said Srikanth Ramachandran, CEO and president, NTrust
Infotech.
He said, "Outsourcing in real estate lease administration space, which is currently in a nascent stage, is set to witness massive growth fuelled by rising cost of manpower and unavailability of trained professionals in the market. We have built a strong offering in the shape of
REAP™ and LEAP™ to tap this burgeoning market."
NTrust has indigenously built REAP, a comprehensive enterprise software product for both corporate and retail lease administration and LEAP, a unique KPO service offering in lease administration outsourcing starting from lease abstraction to critical data management. Currently, the company employs 300 professionals worldwide of which 200 are based in India. Of the 200, 60 numbers are employed on REAP and 140 are on the LEAP division.
"The need for the second centre is due to the strong response to our LEAP services. This trend is likely to grow and we are expecting to further ramp up our operations in the coming months," added Janakiram Ramachandran, COO, Indian Operations.
The 14,500 sq ft knowledge centre is located on Radhakrishnan Salai in Chennai and will have a capacity of 160 seats. The other centre located at Alwarpet will act as the development centre for REAP.
Founded in 2003, NTrust Infotech provides IT solutions and unique KPO services to the real estate lease administration space. The company's offering includes REAP, a comprehensive enterprise software product, and LEAP, a service which covers lease abstraction to critical data management.
