SITEL launches 4th site in Chennai
SITEL India, a fast growing BPO major, announced in Chennai the launch of their Global Delivery Centre at Chennai Citi Centre with an investment of Rs 25 crore. The 3,000-people company currently operates out of three centres in Mumbai and Hyderabad.

We are now in Chennai to leverage the local talent for our global clientele."
"The Chennai centre will provide contact centre and back-office services to clients in the BFSI (banking, financial services, & insurance), telecom, ISP and technology verticals. SITEL India offers contact centre services such as acquisition, customer service, technical support and collections. With 30 per cent of its revenues coming in from back office services such as insurance processing, invoice processing and account management services, we are well positioned to provide a one-stop suite of services to our clients."
