TAKE Solutions launches OneClinical
The Chennai-headquartered TAKE
Solutions, a technology-enabled business solutions company with leadership in
life sciences and supply chain management verticals, has announced the launch of
OneClinical (TM) brand of life sciences product suite, further to its
acquisition of Applied Clinical Intelligence (Philadelphia, PA) and OnSphere
Corporation (Raleigh, NC). OneClinical combines a full spectrum of proven data
and document management software products and services for clinical trials, drug
and device development lifecycles.

TAKE Solutions recently
acquired Applied Clinical Intelligence (ACI) that brings proven clinical and
safety data integration, CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium)
Data Standards capabilities, and Data Management services to the company. ACI's
services also include statistical analysis and reporting, comprehensive data
monitoring committee services, and risk management - all providing increased
operational efficiency, increased regulatory compliance, decreased risk profile,
and unparalleled value in the life sciences industry.
OnSphere, another recent
acquisition, brings to the OneClinical union, an FDA-compliant, easy-to-use and
affordable document management software suite, PharmaReady (TM), developed under
Microsoft-based .NET architecture. The
web-based PharmaReady product suite includes document management (DMS), training
records management (TRMS), structured product labeling (SPL), and electronic
common technical document publishing (eCTD).
