SGT India Pvt Ltd, a leading Knowledge Process Innovation and
Management (KPIM) services provider, announced in Chennai its plans
to expand its operations in India.As a part of the expansion drive, SGT plans to set up its fourth
centre in the country at Bangalore by the end of the current year,
which caters to the increasing requirements from its overseas
clients.
The company plans to recruit over 500 professionals in the current
fiscal year to meet its client requirements and currently employs 500
people worldwide.

India and are planning to invest another $ 8 million in scaling up
our Indian operations. We registered an impressive growth of over 250
per cent during the last fiscal year. With the 100,000 sq ft capacity

are confident of maintaining a strong growth pace in the coming
years."
SGT recently entered into an
agreement to provide engineering services to Mines & Metals
Engineering (MME) GmbH, a leading German engineering company. As part
of the agreement, SGT will provide detailed engineering services for
MME's proprietary process technology for direct reduction of iron ore
plants.
