Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
Milk Powder- 3 cups
Sugar- 3 cups
Butter- 1 cup
Cocoa Powder- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup
Method:
- Sieve the milk powder and cocoa powder together.
- Take sugar in a kadai. Add water to it and heat it till it reaches two string consistency.
- Switch off the gas and add butter to the sugar syrup.
- Once the butter melts, add the milk powder- cocoa mixture to it and fold well.
- Pour the mixture into a tray/plate coated with butter.
- After it cools cut it into pieces and store in refrigerator.
