Cornflakes Mixture
Ingredients
Cornflakes- 3 cups
Raisins- � cup
Cashewnuts- � cup
Roasted peanuts- � cup
Curry leaves- 4 bunches
Cooking oil- as required
Salt- to taste
Chilli powder- to taste
Method:
- Heat a kadai and pour oil into it.
- Take some cornflakes in a strainer and immerse it into the heated oil.
- After frying the cornflakes, place it on another strainer to drain the excess oil.
- Little by little, fry all the cornflakes. Then separately fry the raisins, cashewnuts and peanuts.
- Mix all these with the cornflakes and add the required salt and chilli powder.
