Kheerkadham
Ingredients
Fresh Khoya/ Mawa (without sugar)- 200g
Powdered sugar- 2 tb.sp.
Rose Essence- few drops
Small Rasagulla- 25 pcs
Fresh dessicated coconut- 100g
Method:
- Mix together the mawa, sugar and rose essence to make a dough.
- If it becomes sticky, refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out the syrup from the rasagullas.
- Roll the dough into small balls/oblongs keeping the rasagulla inside.
- Coat the balls with dessicated coconut and store them in refrigerator.
