I. How to get Rail Credit Card:
 
1. You can get Rail Credit Card, which is issued by Standard Chartered Bank for Delhi only, at present. This Rail credit Card has all the features of a global credit card and is operated with secret Personal Identification Number (PIN). 
2. For getting information about these Rail Credit Cards you can dial +91-11-3363960 (between 0900 IST hours and 1800 IST hours) on all weekdays and +91-11-3344683 and +91-11-3344685 (between 0930 IST hours and 1930 IST hours) on all weekdays except Sunday. 

II. How to get Reservation: 

1. After choosing the date and train from the above website, you can get the reservation done on telephone by dialing phone number +91-11-3344680, 3344681, 3344682, between 0800 IST hours & 2000 IST hours on weekdays and between 0800 IST hours and 1400 IST hours on Sunday. 
2. After getting connected dial PIN number to get the operator. 
3. Give the train number, date and class to the operator who would feed the details of transaction into PRS system and generate PNR number, which will be given to you. A stipulated time will be given to collect the ticket from a nominated counter. 
4. In all the cases in which the passenger does not turn up within the stipulated time, the berths will be released to waitlisted passengers. 
5. Cancellation on telephone is not permitted. 
6. The passengers booked on the cards are required to carry the cards with them in the train. 
7. The scheme will be extended to Bangalore, Chennai, Calcutta, Mumbai, Secunderabad and Ahemdabad in future.
 
III. Charges for card and per transaction: 

1. For issue of card an entrance fee of Rs.100/- and annual fee of Rs. 700/- per annum will be charged by the Bank. 
2. Transaction fee  Rs. 50/- per transaction is charged and the bank levies a fee  2.5% of the value of ticket or Rs. 25/- whichever is higher. 
3.In case of non-collection of ticket within the specified time limit, a suitable penalty is imposed on cardholder, which is debited to card account.
