festivals are very special indeed! Because it is during these times
that we get to sample different kinds of cuisines as well as
find out more about a particular region, its culture etc.
Food festivals were first hosted by
the five star hotels in the country. Pretty soon, the 3-star and
other posh hotels started hosting their own festivals too. We've had
Thai food festivals, Iyengar food festivals, Noodles food festivals
and there was also one named Temple food festival. And the spread?
The prasadams from various temples in the country!
