Raghavendra brindavanam at Kollidam
 The Hanumanthapuram Pallaki Seva Trust has constructed a Raghavendra brindavanam in a serene place near Kollidam in Sirkazhi
taluk. The 'Mrithika' of guru Sri Raghavendra is being preserved here and has been worshipped for 70 years now. The temple, which has Sri Lakshminarayana Swami as the main deity, was consecrated Hanumanthapuram and was consecrated in the year 2000.
Since then the sanctum has been recognised as
'Hanumanthralaya' and the number of devotees has been multiplying.
For the past 15 years, musicians from different walks of life have performed here during the aradhana and other festivals that are celebrated grandly.
 To enable these musicians perform in the right atmosphere and also help the devotees who throng the temple, the trust proposed to construct a 2,000 sq ft building, named
'Hari Vaayu Bhavanam', on the western side of the sanctum. The cost was estimated at Rs 10 lakh and devotees contributed generously.
The bhoomi pooja for 'Hari Vaayu
Bhavanam' took place on January 26, 2004, and the foundation work began in February.
But as the trust has now run short of funds and material, it is appealing to devotees and kind-hearted souls to contribute generously to complete this building of the brindavanam and get the blessings of Sri Raghavendra and Sri
Madhvacharya.
It now depends on generous souls to help it complete the construction before the aradhana festival in August 2004.
