The 2014 action blockbuster Anjaan, directed by N. Lingusamy and starring
Suriya in dual roles, is coming back to theatres! A newly re-edited version
will release across Tamil Nadu from November 28.
The film stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the female lead, along with Vidyut
Jammwal, Soori, Manoj Bajpayee, and a strong supporting cast. Anjaan also
features Yuvan Shankar Raja’s popular soundtrack and mass dialogues that are
still trending on social media even after ten years.
A special preview of the re-edited version was recently held, attended by
Suriya’s father and veteran actor Sivakumar, as well as director Saran.
Both praised director Lingusamy, saying the new edit makes the film tighter,
more exciting, and even more powerful than the original.
