Dulquer Salmaan and Rana Daggubati’s period drama Kaantha started well at the
box office because many viewers said good things about it. The film’s collection
went up on the second day, but on the third day, the earnings dropped a little.
Critics gave the movie average reviews—they liked Dulquer Salmaan’s acting but
did not like the storytelling.
According to Sacnilk, Kaantha made ₹4.35 crore on day 1. On day 2, it earned
₹5 crore, which is a 14.94% increase. But on Sunday (day 3), the collection
fell again to ₹4.35 crore. In total, the movie has earned ₹13.22 crore in India
after three days. Overseas, it collected another ₹5 crore.
