Rohit Shetty Home Attack Linked To Gang

On February 1, the home of filmmaker Rohit Shetty was attacked in a shooting incident. New information from the ongoing investigation now suggests that the shooting was planned and carried out by people linked to a group known as the Shubham Lonkar gang.

According to police, the main attacker and six other suspects became part of the gang through contacts they made on social media and in their local area. Investigators say these individuals were attracted to the group because they were promised easy money, attention, and a sense of belonging or identity.

Police are continuing to question the suspects and gather more evidence to understand exactly how the plan was made and who else might have been involved. The investigation aims to uncover whether others helped with planning, logistics, or encouragement.

Authorities have also been reviewing digital communications and social media interactions to trace how the suspects were recruited and what motivated them to take part in the attack. This could help officials prevent similar incidents in the future.

No official charges have yet been announced against all those involved, but the police have confirmed that the investigation is progressing and that they are building a clear picture of how the attack was organised.
