600 g Chicken thigh
50 g Shiitake mushrooms

40 g Carrot

8 g Salt

200 g Wonton sheets

How to Make Chicken Shu Mai:
Prepare the Chicken: Clean the chicken thighs. Wash them with potato starch, pat dry, and cut into small cubes.
