Easy and Delicious Tandoori Chicken Tacos Recipe

Tandoori Chicken Tacos are a tasty and easy dish, perfect for chicken lovers. This recipe mixes Indian flavors with Mexican-style tacos to create something delicious and unique.

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons tandoori masala
4 tortilla wraps
½ cup sour cream
Onions (as needed)
A handful of cilantro leaves

For the salsa:

1 cup black beans
1 cup red beans
1 tomato (cut into small pieces)
2 dry red chillies
1 onion (cut into small pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil
A pinch of sugar
Salt (as needed)
Black pepper (as needed)
1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to make it:

First, prepare the salsa. Take a bowl and add the black beans and red beans. Lightly mash them using a fork. Then add the chopped tomato, red chillies, and onion. Pour in the olive oil and mix everything well. Add a little sugar, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix again and keep it aside.

Next, take the chicken breasts and apply the tandoori masala evenly on them. Grill the chicken in an oven for about 10–15 minutes until it is cooked properly.

Once the chicken is ready, cut it into small strips. Take a tortilla wrap and place the chicken pieces on it. Add some prepared salsa on top. Then add sliced onions and a spoon of sour cream.
