Instant Paneer Tikka is a quick, tasty snack that can satisfy your evening hunger in no time.
Ingredients:
120 gm Paneer (cut into cubes)
2–3 Garlic cloves, grated
Salt, to taste
¼ tsp Chaat Masala
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
¼ tsp Roasted Cumin (Bhuna Jeera) Powder
1 tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
Oil, for frying
How to Make Instant Paneer Tikka:
Cut the paneer into cubes.
Grate the garlic and rub it all over the paneer cubes.
Mix all the spices—salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, turmeric, and roasted cumin—and coat the paneer cubes evenly.
Sprinkle gram flour over the paneer and toss again so every cube is coated.
Heat oil in a pan or wok and fry the paneer cubes until golden and crispy.
Place the fried paneer on a paper towel to remove extra oil.
Transfer the paneer tikkas to a serving plate, sprinkle a little chaat masala on top (optional), and serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
