Mutton Akbari: Easy Recipe for Rich Curry

Mutton Akbari is a rich and flavorful mutton curry, perfect for a special dinner.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Ghee

1 tbsp Oil

Salt, as needed

500 grams cooked Mutton

1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

2 Tomatoes, chopped

3 Green Chillies

3 tbsp Curd (yogurt)

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

Water, as needed

Lemon Juice, to taste

How to Make Mutton Akbari:

Heat ghee in a pan. Add boiled mutton, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Fry until the mutton turns brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and mushy. Then add the curd, stirring constantly to avoid curdling.

Mix in turmeric, chaat masala, black pepper, red chilli powder, garam masala, and red chilli flakes.

Pour in some water and lemon juice. Cover the pan and cook until the gravy is well combined and flavorful.

Serve hot with rice or bread for a delicious meal.
