Air Arabia Flight Lands Safely After Bird Strike

An Air Arabia flight traveling from Abu Dhabi to Thiruvananthapuram International Airport was suspected to have a bird strike during takeoff on Tuesday (April 21, 2026).

A bird strike happens when a bird hits an aircraft, usually during takeoff or landing. It can sometimes cause damage, so pilots must carefully check the situation. In this case, the flight crew followed all safety rules and assessed the aircraft after the suspected impact.

After making sure everything was under control, the pilots decided to continue the journey. The flight remained stable throughout and did not face any further issues during the trip.

The aircraft later landed safely at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. All passengers and crew members were safe, and no injuries were reported.

After landing, officials are expected to inspect the aircraft in detail to ensure there was no damage and that it is safe for future flights.
