Chennai’s Virugambakkam police have made a significant arrest in connection with a recent pedestrian robbery incident in Saligramam. Acting on a complaint from A. Abdulla, who was robbed of ₹850 while walking near Satyamurthy Street, authorities swiftly apprehended three suspects, including a juvenile.
Identified as Ranjith and Naveen Kumar, both 19 years old, alongside the underage perpetrator, the trio allegedly waylaid Abdulla, threatened him, and fled with the stolen cash.
