Union Minister for Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Bhupender Yadav, has accused some political parties, particularly the Congress, of spreading false information about the Supreme Court’s verdict on the Aravalli hills.
He said that these parties are deliberately misinterpreting the verdict and using it to advance their own political goals. According to Mr. Yadav, the misinformation is being shared to create confusion among citizens and turn a legal matter into a political issue.
In an exclusive interview with Akashvani News, the Minister emphasized that people will not be misled by these claims. He stated that the Supreme Court’s verdict is clear and that the government is committed to protecting the Aravalli hills while ensuring proper development in the region.
Mr. Yadav also highlighted the importance of accurate information in environmental matters. He urged citizens to rely on official statements and facts rather than political propaganda, which can create misunderstandings about important issues like forest conservation and environmental protection.
The Minister’s remarks come at a time when the Aravalli hills are under focus for environmental protection, and several political parties have been commenting publicly on the Supreme Court’s decision. By clarifying the verdict, the government hopes to ensure that citizens understand the real implications for the region and its future.
