A bomb threat was sent on Sunday night to the homes of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister
MK Stalin and popular actors Ajith Kumar, Aravind Swamy, and Khushbu.
The threat came through an email received by the office of the Director General
of Police (DGP). As soon as the email was noticed, police took the message
seriously and began security checks at all four locations.
Special teams rushed to the Chief Minister’s residence and the houses of the
three actors. They inspected the buildings, searched the surrounding areas,
and made sure everyone inside was safe. Police also checked for any suspicious
items and increased security around the homes.
Officials said they are investigating who sent the email and whether the threat
is real or a hoax. They are tracing the sender and reviewing technical details to
find the source of the message.
The police have assured the public that there is no need to panic and that all
necessary precautions are being taken.
