Rohit Sharma started to find his form by hitting two boundaries in an over bowled by Lungi Ngidi. One shot was a beautiful cover drive, showing his skill and timing. The other boundary came from an inside edge off a full toss, which was a bit lucky.
Ngidi tried to control the runs by using different types of deliveries like slower balls and yorkers. Even though he bowled with good variation, he still gave away nine runs in the over.
This helped Mumbai Indians gain some momentum after losing early wickets. Rohit Sharma’s shots gave the team a bit of confidence as they looked to recover from a difficult start.
