DMK Begins Public Outreach for 2026 Manifesto

With the 2026 Assembly elections drawing closer, the DMK has launched a large effort to gather opinions and expectations from the public for its election manifesto. This shows that the party has begun its preparations early and wants to build its campaign around people’s participation and welfare-based policies.

Addressing people in Erode district, DMK MP Kanimozhi said Chief Minister M. K. Stalin has instructed the party to prepare a manifesto that clearly reflects the dreams, needs, and everyday problems of the people. She said the goal is to create a document that truly represents the voices of citizens, rather than one prepared only by party leaders.

Kanimozhi said the manifesto committee has already started travelling to different parts of Tamil Nadu. The committee members are meeting farmers, workers, women, students, and people from many other sections of society. They are listening carefully to suggestions, demands, and concerns raised by the public.

She added that these interactions will help the DMK understand the real issues faced by people on the ground. The feedback collected during these meetings will play an important role in shaping the party’s manifesto for the 2026 elections.
