DMK Leads in Virugampakkam Race

Vote counting is currently in progress in the Virugampakkam Assembly constituency in Tamil Nadu, and the contest remains important as political parties closely watch the results.
At present, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) candidate Prabhakara Raja A.M.V is leading in the constituency.
Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) candidate Sabarinathan R., aged 30, is currently trailing behind. The difference between the two candidates stands at 4,231 votes at this stage of counting.
Virugampakkam is an important seat, and the ongoing counting will determine whether DMK can retain its position or if TVK can close the gap in later rounds.
Although early trends favor DMK, the final result will only be confirmed after all votes are counted. Voters and party supporters are closely following the race as Tamil Nadu’s Assembly election results continue to unfold.
