Vikram Misri met Andrey Rudenko in New Delhi as part of the Foreign Office Consultations between India and Russia.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the overall relationship between the two countries. They talked about cooperation in different areas and also shared their views on important regional and global issues.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the officials reviewed the progress made since the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit held in New Delhi last December. At that summit, both countries had agreed on several steps to strengthen their partnership. In this meeting, they checked how those decisions are being carried out.
In addition to this, Andrey Rudenko also met India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar separately. They held further discussions to improve and strengthen ties between the two nations.
Officials said the meetings reflect the strong and ongoing partnership between India and Russia, and both sides are working to continue their cooperation in the future.
