Kabak Yano Summits Mount Aconcagua, Inspires Youth

Indian mountaineer Kabak Yano from Arunachal Pradesh has successfully climbed Mount Aconcagua in Argentina, the highest peak in South America. This achievement is part of her ambitious 7-Summit Mountaineering Expedition, which aims to conquer the tallest mountains on each continent. Mount Aconcagua stands at 22,831 feet (6,961 meters) above sea level, making it the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere.

This successful climb adds another milestone to Kabak Yano’s inspiring journey of courage, determination, and endurance. At just 27 years old, she has shown extraordinary focus and strength in achieving her mountaineering goals.

Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lieutenant General K.T. Parnaik (Retd.) congratulated Yano for her remarkable accomplishment. He praised her indomitable spirit and dedication, saying that her journey is not only a personal triumph but also an inspiration for the youth of Arunachal Pradesh.
