The Kerala Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) has issued notices to major quick-commerce companies like Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, and Bigbasket. This comes after a rise in traffic violations and reckless driving by their delivery riders.
The notices, sent to dark stores and platform operators, ask the companies to update their delivery policies and follow road safety rules within 15 days. The MVD warned that failure to comply could lead to further legal action, according to a statement on Wednesday.
