Rajinikanth Denies Claims, Thanks Leaders and Fans

Actor Rajinikanth recently responded to comments made by Aadhav Arjuna, a leader of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), calling them “untrue.” In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Rajinikanth addressed the issue, clarifying that the statements about him were not factual. He expressed gratitude to political leaders, film industry members, and fans for their support during this situation.

Rajinikanth specifically mentioned leaders from various parties, including Edappadi K Palaniswami (Leader of Opposition), Nainar Nagendran, and Union Minister L Murugan, who had condemned Arjuna’s remarks. He also thanked members of the film industry, media, and his fans for standing by him, calling them his “strength.” The actor concluded his post with a Tamil proverb: “Time will not speak, but it will wait and answer,” suggesting patience and trust in the truth emerging over time.

Earlier, Arjuna had alleged that Rajinikanth faced pressure from the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) when he considered entering politics, which discouraged him. Arjuna also claimed that Vijay, TVK’s president, showed resilience against similar pressures. These remarks sparked strong reactions from political leaders, particularly from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and AIADMK, who criticized the comments and demanded an apology. The issue has now become a topic of debate ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in Tamil Nadu.

Rajinikanth’s response has drawn attention not only for his clarification but also for his emphasis on unity and support from various quarters. His post highlights the ongoing political discourse and the role public figures play in shaping opinions during election season.
