Real estate stocks fell on Monday, even though the main market indexes stayed
positive. The Nifty Realty sub-index dropped 0.51% to 901, marking a fall of
about 4% over the last five trading days.
Except for The Phoenix Mills Ltd, all other real estate companies traded lower.
Shares of Anant Raj Ltd, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, Godrej Properties Ltd, Prestige
Estates Projects Ltd, Sobha Ltd, and Oberoi Realty Ltd fell up to 1.77%.
