Stalin Targets EPS, Amit Shah in Campaign

In Chennai, Chief Minister M. K. Stalin stepped up his political attack during a campaign event in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) on Wednesday. He strongly criticized Edappadi K. Palaniswami, the general secretary of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, and Amit Shah.

During his speech, Stalin targeted Palaniswami, also known as EPS, and accused him of being closely aligned with the Bharatiya Janata Party. He even referred to him as a “full sanghi,” suggesting strong ideological support for the BJP.

Interestingly, Stalin chose not to comment on Vijay, the president of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), even though Vijay is contesting from Trichy East. Despite Vijay being a key figure in the election, Stalin avoided mentioning him in his campaign speech.

Stalin followed the same approach in Karur as well, where he continued to criticize EPS and Amit Shah but remained silent about Vijay.

This strategy has drawn attention, as it shows Stalin focusing his attacks mainly on established political opponents like AIADMK and BJP, while choosing not to directly engage with Vijay and his party during the campaign.
