Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has instructed officials to expedite the Regional Ring Road (RRR) project, directing them to complete land acquisition within the next three months. The RRR is part of the Bharat Mala Pariyojana, with 158.64 km of work proposed in Phase I. The state government is tasked with covering half the cost of land acquisition.
Due to issues arising from the previous administration’s lack of cooperation, the project has seen no progress in the past nine months. The Chief Minister emphasized the significance of the RRR for industrial development and instructed officials to accelerate the process.
