US President Donald Trump has asked members of his own party to vote in favour
of releasing files related to the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey
Epstein.
On Sunday night, Trump wrote that Republicans in the House of Representatives
This is a change from his earlier position. It comes after House Democrats
slowly released several documents about Epstein. Some of these documents
mention Trump, though he has always denied being involved in Epstein’s crimes
of sexual abuse and trafficking.
The new information about Trump and other well-known people who knew Epstein
has led to more public speculation and even caused an argument between Trump
and one of his strong supporters.
