The investigation into the TTD Parakamani loot case has become more intense
after accused officer Satish Kumar was found dead under suspicious conditions.
Leaders from the TDP, BJP, and YSRCP are blaming each other, claiming foul play
and pressure in the inquiry. The police have registered a murder case and
formed special teams to investigate.
The case involves the alleged theft of ₹100 crore from the Tirumala Tirupati
Devasthanams (TTD) Parakamani, the temple’s cash-counting centre. Satish Kumar,
a former Assistant Vigilance and Security Officer, had first reported the missing
money and was a key person in the investigation.
