Wipro Limited announced on Thursday that it has signed a multi-year deal with
Odido Netherlands BV to upgrade the Dutch telecom company’s IT systems.
The goal is to improve customer experience and support long-term digital growth.
The news was shared through a stock exchange filing.
According to the filing, this deal is a major change in Odido’s technology
approach. Wipro will use its AI-based platforms and consulting services to
modernise Odido’s digital and business systems. The partnership will focus on
simplifying IT, automating processes, and increasing productivity and efficiency.
Savings from these improvements will be reinvested in new digital projects.
