Google Photos Introduces AI Tools, Backup Control

Google Photos has introduced several new AI-powered features, making it even more useful for editing and managing photos and videos. These new tools include natural language editing, a revamped video editor, and options to automatically create highlight videos, strengthening its reputation as one of the top photo and video apps.

Even with these advanced features, Google Photos still didn’t let users choose exactly when their photos and videos are backed up. Now, the company is reportedly testing a new feature called ‘Backup schedule’. This option could allow users to set a specific time for backups or choose a regular schedule, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, giving more control over how their media is saved.

The addition of the backup scheduling feature would make Google Photos more convenient for users who want to manage their storage and ensure their important photos and videos are safely backed up on their own terms.
