The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released the admit cards for the
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2026 for Class 6.
Students can now download their hall tickets from the official website.
The entrance exam will be held on February 7, 2026, so students and parents
are advised to download the admit card early to avoid any last-minute problems.
JNVST is a very competitive exam under the Navodaya Vidyalaya Scheme. It provides
free education from Class 6 to Class 12 for talented students, especially those
from rural areas. There are currently 653 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in 27
states and eight Union Territories. Tamil Nadu is the only state that does
not have a Navodaya school.
The exam checks students’ skills in different subjects to select those with
strong academic abilities.
