A man named Sunil Kumar was tragically stabbed to death in South Delhi following an altercation with a security guard, leading to the arrest of the accused, Pramod Kumar. Sunil, a resident of Ratiya Marg in Sangam Vihar, was the victim of the stabbing. The incident was reported to the police via PCR call at 10:18 p.m. on Tuesday.
Sunil was rushed to the HAH Centenary Hospital in Hamdard Nagar but was declared brought dead. The altercation began as a scuffle between Pramod and Sunil’s brother Ram Kishore after a celebration. Despite efforts to intervene, Pramod’s aggression led to him stabbing Sunil with a kitchen knife, causing his tragic death. A case has been registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, and the accused is in custody, with the weapon used in the crime recovered.
