In a recent operation, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the successful destruction of several underground tunnels belonging to the Hamas militant group in the Gaza Strip. This significant operation was carried out by the IDF Division Command 460, utilizing the Armoured Corps and Intelligence units at the forefront.
Despite facing multiple attacks from tunnel entrances, the IDF’s precise intelligence allowed for the successful destruction of tunnels and the elimination of several Hamas terrorists. During the operation, IDF soldiers encountered 15 Hamas terrorists in northern Gaza, and the Gaza division of the IDF conducted mapping of terrorist facilities while destroying multiple weapons belonging to Hamas.
Israel’s Defence Minister, Yoav Gallant, confirmed that the IDF is executing its plans, effectively encircling Gaza City with soldiers and tanks, indicating the ongoing commitment to safeguarding Israeli security and disrupting militant activities in the region.
